I use to hate being one of the few lakers fan out of my friends. but now i totally dont care. haha AT LEAST I HAVE A REASON TO BE A LAKERS FAN! =) the warriors are crap! haha. I respect my friends for thier loyalty tho. I hate people that just jumped on the warriors bandwagon. most of them probably didnt even know who the warriors were&they pretend that they’ve been a fan since forever.. yeah right. 
DEREK MUTHAFCKN FISHER! Kobe has mos def done a lot of the team. (you’d have to be blind to see otherwise) but im not much of a Kobe fan. BEEN&STILL AM A DEREK FISHER FAN! everytime I think of the Lakers&Fisher, totally reminds me of my Friend Justin. (friends since the 3rd grade babyy! haha) we scream out “lakers” anytime&anywhere despite the fact that its probably irrelavent to what we’re doing/talking about haha.
Somebody recently pointed me to Clay Kitten Shooting, a cute flash game. Apparently this is the second iteration of the game, as someone was so horrified that they wrote an angry letter to the creator, which prompted an upgrade. Of course, if shooting kittens horrifies you that much, you can play this version, which features the creator’s head . . . made to look like a kitten.
Oddly, my cats aren’t the slightest bit concerned when they hear a mew conjoined to a shotgun blast.

How many of us have watched in amazement and disgust this week as Elizabeth Lambert of the University of New Mexico women’s soccer team assaulted players from Brigham Young University’s team? First, pulling a player down by her ponytail, then administering karate chops to the face of a player on a “tackle” and more. After her reprimand she passed her play off as “misbehavior resulting from the pressure of play.” People who know me as a girl’s youth soccer coach and proponent of girls in sports have asked: What is women’s soccer coming to? Whatever happened to the beautiful game?
Let me shout load and clear, it’s alive and well on a soccer field in Reston, VA in an all star tournament hosted by the Herndon Youth Soccer Club this weekend. Two teams of under 13 girls competed for the championship. Chantilly vs Vienna. The title game got a late start on Sunday evening. It was the culmination of a weekend that started Saturday morning before 8am for both teams. The sun was setting and the field lights illuminated the purple and white jerseys, 11 a side. Anxious parents and families pressed close to the touch lines, some holding video cameras, some just longing to be closer to the action. The referees kindly allowed these minor transgressions.
As the air temperature dropped, the action heated up. Chantilly drew first blood, early in the 1st half. Right wing Natalie finished a perfect cross from her left wing teammate Ana and Chantilly took a 1-0 lead into half time. Vienna fought back, driving through midfield and threatening in the Chantilly box but came up empty as Chantilly dug deep and regained its composure. The momentum shifted. Chantilly found the back of the net twice in the second half. The final score: 3-0, Chantilly.
The girls in purple celebrated and the girls in white commiserated. Then they line up along the midfield line to exchange patches, high fives and wish each other congratulations. At once and with no instruction Vienna players turned to make a tunnel chanting for Chantilly to run through. Purple complied and then returned the favor. Spontaneously a smattering of applause rose from parents and families watching from both sidelines recognizing the sportsmanship of the moment.
Yes, these players have competed hard and won fairly and within the rules. But there was more. I think particularly of Natalie who, having already scored once, had another opportunity from the same spot. This time, her shot careened off the head of a defending player and rebounded back near Natalie’s feet. Instead of capitalizing on her good fortune, she stopped playing to see if the defending player was alright. On a similar play some minutes later, her teammate Sophia did the same. Some coaches will tell players “Play to the whistle” or “Keep playing to seek your advantage.” But these girls adhere to a higher authority which tells them “Do unto others as you would have them do to you.” They play to win, but not at all costs. They walk away from the field with friends in both color uniforms. Both teams did so on this day.
The Chantilly girls discovered something in their game they didn’t know they had on this chilly evening in November. And they couldn’t have done it without the strong opposition from a very talented Vienna team. Both teams gathered to cheer each other as they were awarded tournament trophies. Parents, siblings and extended family stood behind the teams and joined in the celebration. There was a lot to cheer for.
My response to our media screaming “what has women’s youth sports come to?” is to point them to two teams of pre-teen girls who won’t gain national attention. But they are much more deserving. It’s a simple equation: good players, good sports, a good combination. Congratulations ladies. My hat’s off to you. It’s glorious to watch you play such a beautiful game.

It was just last week when I said that things seem to get slightly more comfortable in my course and now I regretted saying so. This week was rather hellish with the assignments on level designing. I really like designing levels and in fact, I am having fun with it. But to design and document a level in 2-3 days while paying attention to granular details can be tiring! I’m so sorry but I just had to rant because I’m so tapped out at the moment from planning the events for my World War 2 level.

Up to 4 ninjas will be able to play together in Card-Jitsu Fire and the team’s been working really, really hard to get it ready. Since the new game starts next week, I wanted to try and cover a few things you’ve asked about:
· Card-Jitsu Fire isn’t just about new cards. It’s a whole new way of using all your cards in a Fire Ninja setting.
· You’ll be using the cards you have already collected. But it’s not just Fire cards – you’ll be able to master the element of fire but you’ll have to use all the elements to do so.

Memang aku ga pernah menikmati serial televisinya, tapi memainkan game ini saja sudah cukup seru Berpikir secara logis untuk menemukan barang bukti, ga asal bisa nangkap orang kalau barang buktinya ga lengkap. Habis menyisir TKP, segera berangkat ke coroner untuk menerima laporan dari barang bukti yang tadi kita temukan
Banyak hal yang bisa kita lakukan disini. Dari pemeriksaan serat pakaian, rambut, kulit, darah, jejak kaki, sidik jadi, sampai yang namanya DNA.
Seperti biasanya, di game ini kita hanya menjalankan 1 karakter saja. Sepertinya seperti anggota baru yang lagi “Magang” dalam pemecahan masalah. Karena game ini bertype click and play atau click and drop, jadi kita ga terlalu susah untuk menemukan barang bukti karena barang buktinya ya di area-area itu saja. Kita cuman harus lebih teliti saja menyisir area TKP. Setitik darahpun bisa dijadikan sebuah barang bukti
Kalo sudah mentok ga menemukan barang bukti, kita bisa menggunakan hints yang ada pada game ini atau tentunya saja walkthrough yang banyak bertebaran di internet. Cara yang kedua memang ga asyik, saya lebih suka menggunakan cara yang pertama yaitu menggunakan hints. Hints-nya itu, kita menanyakan langsung kepada senior kita apa yang kira-kira kurang dalam kasus ini

(I wouldn’t consider this a review, just my impressions of the game after some time playing it on and off.)
Alright, it’s been about a month since I first posted about Earth Eternal’s new public beta, and it seems most of the things I mentioned have indeed worked themselves out. Once you reach the mainland, the colors and terrains do indeed seem more colorful and pleasing to look at. The whimsical starting creatures eventually give way to more traditional MMORPG fare like vultures, giant volcano-walkers, and moogle trashcans.
Earth Eternal’s story actually feels very different from most other MMORPGs, whereas you’re not treated as a glorified exterminator. Instead, you’re given actual quests that seem to make a difference in the war you’re fighting. Unfortunately this joy is short lived when your target simply respawns 2 minutes later for the next player to kill, making your actions ultimately pointless, but if you can forgive this momentary break in immersion, there’s a lot of good questing to be found on EE.
Earth Eternal’s midgame lends itself tremendously to partying. Unlike other RPGs where stronger monsters give you more EXP, EE’s monsters will ALWAYS give you 100 EXP if you are the same level as them, and 20 less for every level higher. And when you need 30,000 EXP to reach your next level, the prospect of killing 300 of the same creature can get quite tedious. Quests do well to reward you with experience points to help you along, but you will be doing a fair bit of grinding just to keep up with the somewhat sharp experience curve of the game. Your best bet is to find a group of friends who are close to your level, and work together to take down monsters several levels higher than you that you could never kill on your own.
Earth Eternal is A) free and B) in beta. As much as you try to forget this as you play it, it does suffer from occasional crippling bugs. The most obvious of this is the obvious memory leak that will cripple your system if you leave the game running too long. This can be remedied by logging off and back on every few hours, but it is a hassle I hope will be fixed with later updates. Luckily the fact that it is free is quite downplayed. You are not constantly hounded with “If you were paying for the FULL game, you would be able to use THIS!” messages, and in fact it would be easy to forget that it is a free game were it not for the players reminding everyone of this whenever someone complains about the game.
In my experience, the EE community can be very schizophrenic. I’m sure it depends on the time of day you log on, the kind of impression you make, and the patience of yourself and others. Sometimes they are very welcoming, other times they are standoffish and elitist. If you have to use random players to flesh out your party, you should be able to find people, but I highly recommend you play this game with your friends and voice chat. It makes the game a LOT more fun.
Earth Eternal is a vast and massive world to explore, and dripping with furry influence. While it would be nice to see more TF content in the game, the furry compromise is more than welcome. And to get all this for free, is really something that is worth wasting your time.

The Cooking Dash: DinerTown Studios game is the star struck time management sequel involved with celebrity characters and the moviemaking industry. Once again, Flo’s cooking and serving skills are needed to help improve the badly run food establishments in the area. Is this game worth checking out?
Cooking Dash: DinerTown Studios – Game PlayConsistent with the last Cooking Dash title, game play is time managment in style and includes the Story and Endless Modes. In both modes, customers arrive at the restaurant and Flo seats them at a counter. When the order is taken, Flo then prepares the food at the grill and frying pan stations. Grandma helps out at a preparation table where she can make dishes like salads and cannelloni. Other items you will get to use include a juicer, ice cream machine and meat grinder. When orders are completed, Flo delivers food to the customer and then collects the money when they are finished.
Scoring in the game stays the same. Bonuses are earned when tasks are completed in chain actions or if customers are placed in color matching seats. You also have to watch out for events that affect your customer’s mood and level of happiness (such as making sure their food is not overcooked or they are not waiting too long for their order). All customer characters in the game have varying levels of patience. This is part of the game’s strategy, since mistakes can result in points being docked (or worse having the customer’s leave), so if you have to abuse a customer, pick a patient one.
After each level upgrades can be purchased. You can get items to improve Flo and grandma’s performance, spruce up the look and feel of the restaurant and increase the efficiency of other items in DinerTown Studios
Cooking Dash: DinerTown Studios – GraphicsThe graphics in Cooking Dash: DinerTown Studios will not win any awards, but it is colorful enough to keep your attention. The only problem is that certain food items can be a little difficult to distinguish. A few of them have similar color and shape. This can cause you problems when you are serving a high volume of customers.
What’s New in Cooking Dash: DinerTown Studios?The first notable feature are the new characters. You will encounter a Celebrity, Director and Starlet. Like other characters in the game, you will need to be aware of the personalities when you play.
Other features are the “Cookie Meter” and “Celebrity” power-ups. As a certain number of customers are served during a level, the “Cookie Meter” is filled and you will be able to call him for assistance. Cookie will then temporarily do the food prep work for you. This allows you to focus your time management skills on delivering food, clearing dishes and improving the happiness of your customers.
The “Celebrity “power-ups temporarily increase Flo’s walking speed, give customers a mood boost, or cause them to finish their food faster. You can get these power ups every time you clear a celebrity’s dish.
Should you buy Cooking Dash: DinerTown Studios?If you are familiar with the original Cooking Dash game, this title will not be too original. However, the added new characters, “Cookie Meter” and “Celebrity” power-ups add a new dimension to its game play. Some time management gamers may find the title to be slightly easier than its previous version, but it still offers enough action to keep you engaged with its five restaurants and 50 levels.

film noir takes us into a realistic world in abstract moving pictures. it doesn’t feed us with heroic hollywood like heroes, the characters won’t fit into the familiar categories of good or evil, so is the duality of the visual image. in harsh black and white tones interluded by the shades of grey we see the extreme divergencies of the morality in a visual form. in the world of computer games seldomly exists such a break in the character of the avatars we take control over. “Schattenjagd” as a small adventure game gives you a hint of the feeling of beeing on both sides of the coin as we are always in everyday life. there is no good or evil just the shades of grey.
the concept of the game was developed as a short comics strip, you will find more about the idea and the making of the game here. the site is in german but you can download the game there either in an english or german version.
I haven’t posted on here in I don’t even know how long, The theme of the blog really has nothing to do with 3d modeling, but Since we did post about Ragnarok and what not, I decided Id go ahead and post a little project I’m working on. It started one night, while watching a movie, I noticed a little spot on a beach which had a cave type thing on it and I decided I make a small terrain map in blender, I did a few and only deleted them. Then changed the idea up and changed it from a island to this rather small map. From there its been building up slowly. I eventually plan to extend it and make a character to walk around on the island.

That may not seem like a real problem to some, but to me this is a big deal, because all the good (and shit) RE games had zombies. Of course reviewers always say something along the lines of “The enemies in Resident Evil 4 are more frightening because they can think and will throw shit at you”, FUCK THAT! Give me Lickers Hunters and the good old fashioned zombie over these Spanish assholes (no offense to Spaniard who may be reading this). And if you didn’t know the enemies in RE4 are called Ganados (AHHH! SPANSIH!), and they are the residents of a village who were infected by a bug. No really, a fucking bug, not a virus, a god damn bug.

*facepalm* Any reviewer who says the graphics in RE4 are good, pretty, revolutionary, or anything of the sort has been playing way too many FPSs. RE4’s graphics are good in a way, but the game has no style. It’s either brown paths and vacant, boring buildings, or the bland inside of a house, or something. The only exception for me is the castle, I thought the castle had some good art design, but a lot of it was kind of boring, and reminded me of Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
There you are, two more reasons why I don’t like RE4.

Again, sorry for the length of time between posts. I am trying to find a somewhat decent schedule to allow me to be able to do this more often. So since CSS is pretty much the only game I have really been playing as of late, here are some skins that I like to use to make the game a little more interesting.

For those who have never heard or read the words above, you’re welcome. I read Roth’s line a couple months back in an excerpt featured in Esquire. “Situationship” was a word introduced to me last week after somebody used it on Twitter. The reason I have both quoted is to show how one (Roth’s “isness”) is used for a creative purpose, but the second one (“situationship”, which is also creative) has been ordained by no less of an authority than the Urban Dictionary, which can only mean one thing: People are actually using it to describe serious situations, which made me think, If it wasn’t used in a song, what smart dumb person actually came up with the word and decided to toss it into the urban lexicon for future use?
Situationship has to be the saddest word I have heard being used to describe the state of a relationship between two people, ranking right up there with wifey and baby-mama. I will acknowledge the word is a clever mash-up of “situation” and “relationship”, but whoever keeps on using it and trying to make it sound like something real is a straightupidiot.
I don’t have a problem with the actual word. As a writer, I actually enjoy the occasional witty turns of phrase our young people come up with. Matter of fact, I might even use one of them on occasion. For example: I have swagger for days, which is to say I have charisma, or am disarmingly charming. Certain mash-ups are also okay and have been around for years, e.g. boyfriend and girlfriend.
But what I cannot stand is when people want to make up words as a cop out to the truth. Words like “situationship” and “wifey” (to me, this has always translated to a combination of the words, “wife, maybe”) are nothing more than game and sad substitutes for more honest words and phrases. Situationship is the funniest because it shows someone has actually found a way to put an official title on an unofficial arrangement between two people. Anyone who uses it to describe the gray area between themselves and another person, is either denying a gray area actually exists or convincing themselves it is okay. Sort of similar to the way men use the word wifey to describe a woman they would like to marry but probably never will.
Back in my younger days, I used words like wifey and baby-mama (for others, remember I have no children) because I thought they were cool adjectives, but when I realized most people who were older than me and had a college education didn’t know what they meant, I decided my vocabulary needed to grow up. Another major factor contributing to the maturation of my speak was when I realized all these words we have made up often times spawn more questions than answers. We’d like to think they explain how we feel and what we feel, when they actually do neither, and sometimes it’s just easier to “call a spade a spade”, to borrow another classic phrase.
Real adults, at least the ones who are smart and honest, do just that. If they’re not in a relationship with a person, but they are dating, they won’t say, “Oh, me and this girl have been kicking it hard, we’re in a situationship.” People who say that probably have a tutor to help them pass high school English.
There’s nothing wrong with having fun on the account of the English language. Whether your name is RL and you used to sing in a group called Next, or you’re a renowned author named Phillip Roth. Our language is made to manipulate. But to make up words and add them to a relationship thesaurus, just so we can feel better about what is or isn’t going on between us and another person is doing ourselves a disservice. Made up words and mashed up words are best used for creative purposes only, and if we ever have the urge to resort to them in any type of serious conversation, we have probably come to the point where what we say isn’t quite true and our words should probably give way to action.

Para quem não sabe, há um filme do jogo Prince of Persia sendo produzido e ano que vem ele estréia nos cinemas. Produzido por nada menos que Jerry Bruckheimer ( Trilogia Piratas do Caribe) e dirigido por Mike Newell (Harry Potter e o Cálice de Fogo, O homem da Mascara de Ferro), o filme está parecendo que a “tendência Uwe Boll” de filmes de games com péssima qualidade será finalmente dizimada por esse filme. PoP, pelo que se pode notar no trailer (que pode ser visto abaixo), segue fiel ao jogo, embora Prince tenha um nome: Dastan. Usando efeitos cinematográficos em várias cenas, exceto de lutas que deve ter no filme não deverá tirar seu mérito. Para quem não conhece o jogo, joguei pois é muito bom. Apesar dessa “tendência Uwe Boll” ter aparecido em vários filmes, poucos escaparam como o Silent Hill que não foi tão perfeito, mas todos os elementos (piramed head rulez) estavam presentes dando a real sensação do jogo (quem jogou sabe do que to falando).
