Something a bit different for you guys! Today im going to do an app review for the iPod Touch / iPhone c:
Its a game, by the name of Rio BlackJack, made by Tecmo
Black Jack being one of the very few card games i actually know how to play this is actually quite fun… The loading times are short and the main character Rio, is also the person you play against and try to beat. It all kicks off with placing your bet, you can choose from 1, 5, 10 and 25 if youre feeling lucky, when youve tapped your bet in, tap Rio to let her know youre ready to go
When the bets are in its time to play! And its really straight forward too c:
Basically, if you don’t know how Black Jack works you need to get closest to 21 to win or if i remember rightly if you get some jacks you get Black Jack… I guess im not fully aware of the rules afterall xD;
Worth a note, Rio is animated as well which is a nice touch, the animation is smooth, though sometimes the music during the game got a bit annoying for me, i recommend your own~
Anyway! You tap the table for another card and when youre happy with your hand swipe across to confirm, then Rio will try and beat you, if youre lucky you win!
If you find it too eay you can also change difficulty in the games options…
After youve been playing a while and racked up lots of money you use the money to actually buy wallpaper for your device, all featuring Rio. They vary in price shown here but theyre basically all the same thing, theyre very professional CGs though c:
Another unlockable is the ability to get different costumes for Rio to wear while youre playing, im sure this will appeal to a certain kind of gamer XD I think you just unlock these by playing and winning a few times, thats how i did anyway~
To wrap it up if youre looking for an easy card game thats anime themed as well this is a great choice to kill some time on the bus or train or something, give it a go sometime!
